Formerly the youngest county magistrate in Shandong
According to the public resume, Teng Shuangxing, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1980 in Laizhou, Yantai. He started working in August 2006 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in management.
In August 2006, after graduating from graduate school, Teng Shuangxing worked at the Cultural Street Office in Mouping District, Yantai City, serving as the Assistant Director and Deputy Chief Clerk, as well as the Deputy Director of the Economic Development Department of the Management Committee of Mouping Economic and Technological Development Zone.
In July 2008, he served as a deputy department level cadre, deputy section chief, and section chief of the Yantai Development and Reform Commission.
In 2012, Dezhou City publicly selected 9 deputy county-level leaders nationwide. At the time, 32 year old Teng Shuangxing passed the selection process and was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Dezhou City Development and Reform Commission.
