Recruitment targets and conditions
1. 2. Possess a college, vocational college or above degree recognized by the national education department.
3. Full time college graduates in this city in 2023; People with registered residence in this city or people from other provinces and cities with valid residence permits in this city for one year or more.

Recruitment process
1. Registration. Qualified applicants are required to log in to the platform from 10:00 on August 30, 2023 to 16:00 on September 1, 2023 to register. When registering, you must upload an electronic photo of your recent passport free front identification photo. Applicants can select suitable positions based on their own situation, and each person is limited to one position. After submitting online, the application information will be automatically locked and cannot be changed.
Special notice
This recruitment will implement a notification commitment system. Applicants should truthfully fill in the registration information according to the specific requirements in the announcement and brochure, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted information and materials. If any discrepancies are found, the application will be invalid.
The contact information provided by the applicant must ensure that they can be contacted in a timely manner.
No qualification review will be conducted during the registration stage. If the applicant does not meet the application requirements, they will be held responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
If there are any doubts about the application conditions and job requirements, the recruiting unit should be consulted and confirmed in a timely manner.
2. Written test confirmation time. Applicants must log in to the registration platform from 10:00 on September 4th, 2023 to 16:00 on September 5th, 2023 to complete the written test confirmation. Only candidates who have completed the written test confirmation can participate in the exam.
3. Written test. Applicants are required to log in to the registration platform starting from 10:00 on September 12, 2023 to check the written test notification. The written test subject is the Comprehensive Ability Test.
4. Written test score inquiry. Starting from 10:00 on September 25, 2023, applicants can log in to the platform to check their written test scores. The passing score line for the written test is the average score of all candidates in the same category.

5. Qualification review. The recruiting unit shall conduct a qualification review on candidates who pass the written test above the passing score line, in descending order of their written test scores, in a ratio of 1:3 between the number of job vacancies and the number of interviewees. Only those who pass the qualification review can enter the interview; For those who fail the qualification review, the recruiting unit may, based on the actual situation, determine that the candidates ranked lower in the written test scores will be filled in order.
6. Interview. The interview will be notified and organized by the recruiting unit, and those who have not entered the interview will not be notified. The interview score query time will be notified by the recruiting unit. The comprehensive score is calculated based on a written test score of 40% and an interview score of 60%.
7. Physical examination and examination. Determine the list of medical examination and inspection personnel in a 1:1 ratio based on the number of job vacancies, in descending order of comprehensive scores. If the overall score exceeds the 1:1 ratio, the list of candidates for physical examination and examination will be determined based on their written test scores, from highest to lowest, for those who are tied last. If the written test scores are also tied, the recruiting unit can organize additional exams or increase the number of recruits under the premise of having a vacancy quota. Those who score below 60 points in the interview are not allowed to enter the physical examination and assessment stage. If the applicant fails to pass the physical examination, examination, or voluntarily gives up due to personal reasons, the recruiting unit may, based on the actual situation, determine that the candidate with the lowest comprehensive score ranking will be replaced one by one.
8. Publicity. The list of proposed employees who have passed the qualification review, interview, physical examination, and assessment will be publicly announced on the platform for 5 working days, and the reporting hotline will be announced for social supervision.
9. Handle employment procedures. Community workers sign labor contracts with the social work agency in their respective street and town.

Other matters
1. Social personnel from other provinces and cities must hold a valid residence permit in their city for at least one year, which is valid until December 31, 2023.
If the age requirement is under 35 years old, it refers to being born on or after January 1, 1988, and so on.
