China began piloting commercial health insurance with personal income tax preferential policies in May 2015, and promoted it nationwide in July 2017. Purchasing commercial health insurance that is eligible for personal income tax preferential policies allows for pre tax deductions when calculating taxable income in the current year, with a limit of 2400 yuan per year.

Elderly care institutions should implement a 24-hour duty system. After receiving a fire alarm and confirming the occurrence of a fire, the on duty personnel should immediately call 119 to report to the unit's fire safety responsible person or fire safety management person, and activate the fire extinguishing and emergency evacuation plan.
