Qinghai Province is located in the hinterland of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, a high-altitude and cold region, with a large area of high mountains, grasslands, Gobi, and deserts. Communication signals in these areas are weak or no signal, and there are few people. The temperature difference between day and night is large, and there are many extreme climates. There are many "dangerous areas" and "unmanned areas" in the wild, and the terrain environment is complex. Walking or driving into uninhabited areas, unopened and undeveloped scenic areas, and other wilderness areas, will face unpredictable risks, and life risks such as water shortage, hypoxia, getting lost, getting stuck in a car, and losing contact can occur at any time, making rescue extremely difficult.
