It has long served as a first-class member of the International Civil Aviation Organization, supporting and promoting international cooperation in the field of civil aviation through practical actions, and making positive contributions to the safe, orderly, and healthy development of international civil aviation. The "the Belt and Road" cooperation initiative and the global development initiative proposed by China are highly consistent with the concept of "not letting one country fall behind" advocated by the International Civil Aviation Organization. We welcome the International Civil Aviation Organization to actively participate in relevant initiatives, give full play to the strategic leading role of the civil aviation industry, and inject confidence and strength into revitalizing the cause of global development and promoting the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
