With the integration of artificial intelligence, blockchain and other technologies, the "government intelligence office" accurately matches the business rules for changing and canceling business licenses and industry comprehensive permits. While enterprises apply for business licenses, the corresponding industry comprehensive permit business can be processed without application, providing enterprises with a new experience of "zero information filling", "zero material submission", and "one-time license processing". The market access and business environment is further optimized.
On August 21st, Shanghai Yuelian Catering Co., Ltd. obtained the first industry comprehensive license in Pudong, which was issued without application.
