On the past Monday morning, Hao Peng, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, Li Lecheng, Governor, and Zhou Bo, Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, had breakfast with 25 representatives of private entrepreneurs from the province. Through a "breakfast+communication" approach, they learned about the recent development of enterprises, listened to and responded to their demands, and worked together to achieve high-quality development.

Chatting the current situation, it was noticed that Hainan Province has also organized breakfast parties multiple times, and then Governor Feng Fei had breakfast with entrepreneurs twice.

On July 17th, the breakfast meeting for representatives of private entrepreneurs in the province was held in Shenyang. Hao Peng, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Li Lecheng, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, and Zhou Bo, Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, had breakfast with 25 representatives of private entrepreneurs from the province. Through a "breakfast+exchange" approach, they learned about the recent development of enterprises, listened to and responded to their demands, and worked together to achieve high-quality development.

The breakfast party had a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, allowing everyone to speak freely during their meal.

Eight representatives of entrepreneurs, including Jin Weidong, Chairman of Hefeng Food Co., Ltd., Chen Jianhua, Chairman of Hengli Group, Lou Jing, Chairman and CEO of Shenyang Sansheng Pharmaceutical Group, Zhao Shujuan, General Manager of Shenyang October Rice Field Group Co., Ltd., Yu Benhong, General Manager of Dalian Guangyang Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Kede CNC Co., Ltd., Li Yisheng, Chairman of Yingkou Jinchen Machinery Co., Ltd., Gao Chuan, General Manager of Fuxin Wanda Casting Group, and Wang Na, Chairman of Yinghua Group's Board of Directors, exchanged views and expressed sincere gratitude to the Provincial Party Committee and Government for their care and support for the development of private enterprises. They highly recognized the continuous optimization of the business environment in Liaoning and focused on strengthening policy support. Suggestions were put forward on optimizing service guarantees, increasing efforts to cultivate and support "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprises, and strengthening entrepreneur training. Hao Peng and other provincial leaders listened while taking notes, occasionally inquiring about detailed information and providing answers and responses.

After carefully listening to everyone's speeches, Hao Peng said that holding the breakfast meeting for representatives of private entrepreneurs is to build a bridge of communication and friendship between the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, and private entrepreneurs, further unblock our communication channels, encourage and mobilize leaders at all levels in the province to sincerely make friends with private entrepreneurs, and wholeheartedly support the healthy and high-quality development of the private economy. The opinions and suggestions put forward by all the entrepreneurs are very good. We will carefully review and adopt them, and do our best to promote problem-solving.

Hao Peng pointed out: since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the development of the private economy, and General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important speeches many times, pointing out the direction and providing fundamental compliance for us to do a good job in the work of the private economy. The provincial party committee and the provincial government conscientiously study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, always adhere to the "two unshakable" and "three unchanged", and always regard private enterprises and private entrepreneurs as their own people, and use the development of the private economy. Great development helps Liaoning to make new breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning. At present, under the influence of many factors, the development of the private economy in our province is facing some difficulties, but we firmly believe that there is the cordial care of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core, and there are good opportunities brought about by Liaoning's continuous promotion of revitalization and development. There are party committees at all levels. The government and private entrepreneurs unite and work hard, and Liaoning's private economy will surely achieve higher quality, better efficiency and more sustainable development.

Hao Peng pointed out that forging iron requires one's own hard work, and hopes that private enterprises and entrepreneurs can combine the needs of revitalization with what enterprises can do. They should focus on important areas, key industries, major projects and other "main battlefields" of revitalization and development, focus on the main responsibilities of enterprises, vigorously promote the spirit of excellent entrepreneurs, increase investment and sustained efforts in technological innovation, talent introduction, stable employment, and people's livelihood, especially in solving a number of "bottleneck" problems, and continuously strengthen, optimize, and expand enterprises. We will continue to consolidate the achievements made in the construction of a business environment, vigorously promote the resolution of deep-seated problems that affect the business environment, actively build a pro Qing government business relationship, and empower the development of the private economy with a first-class business environment.

The governor twice had breakfast with entrepreneurs on Saturday mornings

Chatting the current situation, it was noticed that Hainan Province has also organized breakfast meetings multiple times, and then Governor Feng Fei attended twice.

On the morning of February 18, 2023, Hainan Governor Feng Fei had breakfast with entrepreneurs to understand the recent development of enterprises and respond to their demands.

This is Feng Fei's second time attending a breakfast party. The last time was on May 21, 2022, also on a Saturday.

Feng Fei said at the breakfast meeting, "Everyone is welcome to give their opinions at any time, and we are always ready to respond and solve them."

This is the breakfast party of "face-to-face government and enterprise, thoughtful service" in Hainan Province. It has been held multiple times before, and Feng Fei is participating for the second time.

On May 21, 2022, Feng Fei attended his first breakfast party. At that time, Hainan Daily reported that the breakfast party did not arrange a host, set up discussion topics, or prepare speech materials. The main leaders of the provincial government, relevant department heads, and enterprise leaders sat around a table and had breakfast together. The breakfast party lasted for 2 hours.

The enterprises participating in the two breakfast meetings include state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign enterprises, many of which are locally grown enterprises in Hainan.

At the breakfast meeting on February 18th this year, representatives from enterprises and industry associations in Hainan Province, including hotels and catering, tourism, exhibition, and car rental, participated.

Representatives from 14 enterprises, including the Hainan Hotel and Catering Industry Association, Atlantis Hotel, and Hainan Yanoda Yuanrong Tourism Co., Ltd., combined with the current development status of the enterprises and industries, put forward demands and suggestions on professional and skilled talent recruitment, inbound tourism market recovery, and service quality improvement in industries such as exhibition and catering.

Feng Fei and other attending provincial leaders, as well as relevant officials from the Provincial Department of Business Environment Construction, Provincial Department of Tourism and Culture, Provincial Department of Commerce, and Provincial Department of Transportation, patiently answered and responded one by one.

Feng Fei pointed out that all levels and departments should timely improve relevant policies to support enterprise development according to market demand, strengthen business learning, and interpret policies for enterprises with professional abilities.
