Among them, Tong Huaqiang, who is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Zhenhai District Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of Ningbo City, is proposed to be nominated as a candidate for county mayor.
According to public data, Tong Huaqiang, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1978 in Cixi, Zhejiang Province. He started working in August 2000 and joined the CPC in January 1999. He has an on-the-job university degree. Formerly served as the mayor of Longshan Town in Cixi City, a member of the Standing Committee of Zhenhai District Committee, Secretary of the District Discipline Inspection Commission, and Director of the District Supervision Commission.
It is worth mentioning that two months ago in June 2023, Tong Huaqiang was awarded the title of "Responsible as a Good Cadre" by the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee.
Zhejiang commended multiple batches of "responsible as good cadres"
At the meeting, the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee commended 99 "responsible and good cadres". They come from party and government agencies, provincial-level agencies, universities, and provincial-level enterprises across Zhejiang, including 8 county and district party secretaries. At the same time, the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee also commended 302 "responsible officials as good branch secretaries".
The Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee stated in the commendation that the recipients of this commendation are outstanding representatives of party members and cadres throughout the province. In fact, this is not the first time that Zhejiang has commended "taking on responsibilities as a good cadre". On June 28, 2019, the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee for the first time collectively recognized 100 "responsible and good cadres". In the following years of 2022 and 2023, a group of "responsible and good cadres" were commended.
100 "good cadres", 60 of whom were promoted and reused

On August 6, 2023, the Organization Department of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Municipal State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission jointly issued the Decision on Commending "Chongqing as a Good Cadre" for 2022, commending 100 "Chongqing as a Good Cadre" for 2022, including Ding Yan, the head of the Regional Cooperation Department of the Wanzhou District Development and Reform Commission.
On September 22, 2022, in order to commend advanced models and inspire cadres to forge ahead in a new journey and make contributions to the new era, the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region decided to name 100 comrades including Tian Yaojun as "responsible as good cadres".
In February 2021, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, it was decided to award 88 comrades including Qiao Jianhong the title of "responsible as good cadres" throughout the province, and 34 units including the Beilin District Center for Disease Prevention and Control in Xi'an City the title of "good team for work and entrepreneurship" throughout the province.
Many "good cadres who take on responsibilities" not only receive recognition, but also receive promotion and reuse. According to media reports, as of March this year, out of the 100 "good cadres" selected by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in September last year, 60 have been promoted, further employed or promoted to new important positions with great enthusiasm and fighting spirit.
