Liu Hui, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1988, is a graduate student with a Ph.D. in engineering. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Dongshan County Committee and a Level 3 Researcher. He is proposed to be appointed as the head of the municipal government department.
According to the open resume, Liu Hui, a native of Wuping, Fujian Province, started work in August 2015, joined the CPC in May 2010, and graduated from Tsinghua University in civil engineering.
After graduating with a PhD in 2015, Liu Hui worked as an introduced student in Zhangzhou, Fujian. He successively served as the Deputy Director of Science and Technology of the Zhangzhou High tech Zone Management Committee, Deputy Secretary General of the Zhangzhou Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Dongshan County Party Committee, and concurrently served as the First Secretary of the Xingchen Town Party Committee.

Huang Cheng, male, born in May 1989, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a graduate degree. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Jingdezhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and is proposed to serve as a Party and government official in a municipal unit.
According to the open resume, Huang Cheng, a native of Jiangxi Province, started working in August 2015 and joined the CPC in August 2016, with a graduate degree.
Formerly served as the Secretary of the Party Committee of Xingtian Township, Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Lingang Town, Leping City, a member of the Standing Committee of the Leping Municipal Committee, a member of the Municipal Government Party Group, and Deputy Mayor. In March 2023, he was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Jingdezhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.

Wang Yingchao is proposed to be appointed as the head of the municipal mass organization
Recently, the Organization Department of the Ordos Municipal Committee in Inner Mongolia issued a pre appointment notice for cadres, in which Wang Yingchao, the current Deputy Secretary of the Ordos Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, is proposed to be appointed as the head of the city's mass organization.
According to public data, Wang Yingchao, female, Han nationality, was born in January 1987 in Ejin Horo Banner, Inner Mongolia. She started working in July 2010 and joined the CPC in June 2013. She has a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in law.
She has served as the Deputy Director of the Administrative Management Teaching and Research Office of the Party School of the Ordos Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Information Data Center of the Party School of the Ordos Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Municipal Situation Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of the Ordos Municipal Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Dongsheng District Party Committee, Minister of the United Front Work Department, and Deputy Secretary of the District Political Consultative Conference Party Group.
