The Global High end Forum on Human Rights Governance, co hosted by the State Council Information Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the National Agency for International Development and Cooperation, was held in Beijing on the 14th. The forum was themed "Equality, Cooperation, and Development: The 30th Anniversary of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action and Global Human Rights Governance." More than 300 Chinese and foreign guests from nearly 100 countries and international organizations, including United Nations agencies, attended the forum to discuss global human rights governance.
This forum has five sub forums, including "International Cooperation and Global Human Rights Governance", "Global Development Initiatives and the realization of the right to development", "Global Security Initiatives and Human Rights Protection", "United Nations Human Rights Mechanisms and Global Human Rights Governance", and "Human Rights Protection in the Digital Era". In the Hundred Flowers Garden of human civilization, countries have different historical, cultural, political systems, and development levels, and their development paths vary. However, promoting and protecting human rights has become a universal pursuit of the international community. For the past 30 years, inspired by the spirit of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action, the international community has continuously explored effective ways to promote and protect human rights, and promoted the sustained development of the international human rights cause.

Luo Zhaohui, Director of the China National Agency for International Development Cooperation, said that the process of achieving Chinese path to modernization is a process of constantly promoting the development of human rights. China will continue to increase its investment in international development cooperation resources, committed to narrowing the gap between North and South, and achieving common development among developing countries.
"Human rights have become the achievement and symbol of human civilization and progress. Respect and protection of human rights is the basic spirit of modern civilization and the unremitting pursuit of the CPC." Robert Kuhn, Chairman of the Kuhn Foundation in the United States, talked about the connection between China's entire process of people's democracy and human rights development in his speech. Kuhn believed that the CPC has continuously expanded the people's orderly political participation, strengthened the protection of human rights under the rule of law, and ensured that people enjoy extensive rights and freedoms according to law. China's promotion of people's democracy throughout the process is conducive to the promotion of human rights.
"Safeguarding the vital interests of everyone living on Earth should be the starting point and foothold of global human rights governance." The Commissioner for International Cooperation and Multilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central African Republic, Masango Mboya Saint Cyr, stated that making the world's people the main actors, promoters, and beneficiaries of human rights must be fulfilled by the world's great powers.
Having equal development opportunities, sharing development achievements, and realizing full development rights are the unremitting pursuit of human society. At the forum, Chinese and foreign guests delved into the practical significance of the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative in promoting global human rights development.
"Countries need to learn from each other, develop together, and continuously improve their national governance." Indian writer and promoter of India China friendship, Kurkani, believes that global human rights governance should adhere to the principles of global democracy, that is, all countries, regardless of their size, strength, or level of economic development, should be equal.

"Implementing the Global Development Initiative is another dynamic practice for China to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind." Frederick Mtesa, Secretary General of the Zambia China Friendship Association and renowned Zambian scholar, vividly elaborated on the global development initiative and the realization of the right to development using the example of Zambia China's "all-weather" friendship.
"The Global Security Initiative aims to open up a new path for resolving conflicts and ensuring security. It advocates dialogue rather than confrontation, partnership rather than alliance; it advocates win-win rather than zero sum game." Ugandan Human Rights Commission member Christian Kahlu said that China has not only proposed methods, but also shared experiences, injecting new momentum into world peace and development.
"The global security initiative proposed by China is fully in line with the latest global trends," said Checheibayev Elmyk Kanatovich, Deputy Director of the National Strategic Research Institute directly under the President of Kyrgyzstan. The global security initiative can become the foundation and conceptual framework for solving global security issues, promoting national and regional stability, and promoting global development.
For a long time, China has actively participated in the work of the United Nations human rights mechanisms and made positive contributions to promoting the construction of a more fair, just, reasonable, and inclusive global human rights governance system.
"Adhering to the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter is extremely important for the international community to achieve human rights governance." Liu Xinsheng, a human rights expert of the Advisory Committee of the United Nations Human Rights Council, stated that countries should support developing countries in participating in global governance, explore ways to promote democratization and the rule of law, and promote the healthy development of global human rights governance.

In the digital age, digital technology has been widely applied in national governance and citizen life. In the new environment, how to respect and protect human rights has become one of the important issues of global concern.
"Building a community with a shared future in the field of the internet is an inevitable choice in the information age." Professor Shi Anbin from the School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University said that in a critical period of digital governance, countries in the southern world should continue the spirit of South South cooperation, deepen international technological exchanges and cooperation, and stimulate internal innovation.
"Argentina has improved the education level of its people through digital means, increased resource allocation, and helped hundreds of thousands of people get out of poverty." said Stiano, Director of the China Research Center at the Institute of International Relations at the National University of La Plata in Argentina.
