After a vote, the meeting decided to remove Qin Gang from the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoint Wang Yi as Minister of Foreign Affairs, remove Yi Gang from the post of Governor of the People's Bank of China, and appoint Pan Gongsheng as Governor of the People's Bank of China.
