Linhuang Home Community is a community where multiple ethnic groups gather. In recent years, it has taken the lead in creating a comprehensive service body called "National Unity Home", serving residents of all ethnic groups in the community with the concept of "home", further expanding the new path of ethnic work in the new era, and becoming a vivid epitome of the common development of ethnic unity in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

"Our community has 12622 residents, with ethnic minorities accounting for 29% of the total population. The community has 1354 households composed of two or more ethnic groups, accounting for 31% of the total households." Community Party Secretary Wu Xiaohua introduced that in combination with the reality of a large ethnic minority population in the community, Linhuang Home Community uses "ethnic integration home" as the carrier, culture as the bridge, and works together to build a spiritual home shared by all ethnic groups, gathering the strength of harmonious development for the community.

Entering the community convenience service center, you can see that the community has divided the activity rooms into functional areas, including the Ulan Muqi rehearsal hall, ethnic integration small desks, Mongolian embroidery room, calligraphy practice room... Various cultural activities have been organized and carried out, continuously enriching the spiritual and cultural life of residents through mutual learning, and inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture.

The reporter saw on the photo wall of the community that the pictures and text detailed the customs and traditions of ethnic minorities, cultural activities carried out in the community, etc., enhancing mutual understanding among different ethnic groups.

There are 190 members directly managed by the community party committee, including 59 members from ethnic minorities. The ethnic work leadership group, led by the secretary of the community party branch, actively contacted and integrated party organizations, party members, and resident volunteers to participate in the creation of ethnic unity and progress in the community. They formed a team of policy theory instructors and a grassland learning light cavalry propaganda team, clarified the responsibilities of community ethnic work, established a system of ethnic work meetings, and other mechanisms, providing institutional guarantees for community ethnic work.
With the joint efforts of the community party committee and residents, Linhuangjiayuan Community has successively won honorary titles such as Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Songshan District, Top 100 Communities in National Propaganda, Ideological and Cultural Work, Civilized Community in Chifeng City, Demonstration Community of Ethnic Unity and Progress in Chifeng City, and Demonstration Community of National Ethnic Unity and Progress.
