Another type of "wild chicken university" does not have a specific campus, which is an illegal "university" that has not been approved by the education administrative department and does not have higher education qualifications. It is precisely because it does not have a specific campus that its investigation and crackdown are very difficult.

It is usually a form of Sino foreign cooperation, where some educational institutions cooperate with foreign schools that are not 'mainstream', and some projects have not even been reviewed and filed.
