Taking advantage of its unique location, beautiful ecology, and cost advantages, Hebei Province focuses on the 14 counties surrounding Beijing, and plans to develop an elderly care service industry that combines medical care, health care, and wellness. Hebei and Tianjin are also actively cooperating to facilitate medical treatment for the public. At present, a group of medical institutions in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province are cooperating with 16 medical institutions in Tianjin. After the cooperation between Cangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and Tianjin Cancer Hospital, Tianjin experts participated in patient diagnosis and treatment in Cangzhou. Radiotherapy patients in Cangzhou and surrounding areas can also be referred from Tianjin to Cangzhou for follow-up treatment. The Third People's Hospital of Langfang City and the Second People's Hospital of Tianjin City have signed a technical cooperation agreement, and the two sides will carry out practical cooperation in the form of regular expert consultations, remote consultations, and two-way referrals.
Beijing Tianjin Hebei carries out medical cooperation to help Hebei cultivate a medical team that cannot be taken away. Six units, including Chongli Campus of Peking University Third Hospital and Hebei Hospital of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University, have been shortlisted for the construction of national regional medical centers, which are jointly built by Hebei with the introduction of high-quality medical resources from Beijing. Hebei Yanda Hospital has cooperated with Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Temple of Heaven Hospital, Capital Children's Research Institute, Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, etc., and has significantly improved its diagnostic and treatment level, becoming the first private tertiary comprehensive hospital approved in Hebei.

Sharing high-quality educational resources to enhance the level of education and teaching
