In recent years, flood control facilities such as river embankments and water gates have been continuously improved in various regions. Subways, underground parking lots, underpass overpasses, and other areas are prone to waterlogging, so flood control work needs to be arranged and deployed early; The selection of warning start time should be precise, guiding citizens to arrange travel reasonably and scientifically plan routes. Only by having a thorough understanding of the ideology and implementing responsibilities can we ensure that flood prevention work does not leave any blind spots.

On this basis, further coordinate emergency response and long-term planning, prioritize work and focus on daily work, in order to continuously improve the level of flood control safety guarantee.
