1. organs and units take the lead in saving electricity. Public institutions at all levels should play a leading role in demonstration, strengthen electricity management, deepen energy-saving transformation, and drive the whole society to save electricity; make full use of natural lighting, strictly control the number and time of lighting equipment on, and turn off unnecessary night lighting; make full use of natural ventilation, Minimize the use of air conditioners, set the cooling temperature not lower than 26 ℃, close windows during air conditioning operation, it is advocated to turn on the air conditioner half an hour late after work and half an hour early before work. Optimize the operation mode of the elevator system, reasonably set the number and time of elevator opening, and stop the elevator in principle for 3 floors and below in the office space; Close unused office equipment in time to reduce standby energy consumption.

2. industrial enterprises scientific electricity. Industrial enterprises should actively cooperate with power dispatching and strictly implement demand-side management measures such as demand response. Make full use of the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price policy, reasonably adjust the production load through planned maintenance, shift adjustment, enterprise rotation and other methods, and take the initiative to avoid peak power consumption. Strictly control the start-up of high energy-consuming equipment, avoid no-load operation of equipment, standardize the use of air conditioning, lighting and other electrical equipment and other facilities, and reduce non-necessary electricity, maximum power savings.

3. the reasonable use of electricity in commercial premises. Advocate shopping malls, hotels, office buildings and other places to reduce the use of high-power electrical equipment during peak hours of electricity consumption, promote the use of energy-saving electrical equipment, make full use of market-oriented methods such as contract energy management and energy trusteeship, and deepen energy-saving transformation. Optimize the number and time of lighting on, turn off unnecessary lighting, improve the awareness of electricity conservation, and achieve corridor, corridor and other public area lighting "follow the road" reasonable setting elevator operation strategy, appropriately reduce the number of operations to avoid unmanned idling; refer to the implementation of public building air conditioning temperature control standards, the cooling temperature is set not lower than 26 ℃, shut down the air conditioning half an hour before the end of business, set up automatic doors or install door curtains to reduce the leakage of cold air.

4. reasonable use of electricity for public transport. Strengthen the energy-saving management of high-speed railway stations, railway stations, bus stations, airports and other transportation stations, optimize the number and time of lighting on, and turn off unnecessary lighting fixtures; Reasonable control of air-conditioning power consumption, and advocate the implementation of public building air-conditioning temperature control standards, and indoor cooling The temperature setting is not lower than 26 ℃.

5. landscape lighting control electricity. On the premise of ensuring the safety of vehicles and pedestrians, electricity should be saved through measures such as "opening at intervals, halving opening and reducing load". Establish and improve zoning, time-sharing and grading lighting energy-saving control strategies, and promote the use of renewable energy street lamps; Reduce the use of electricity for decorative landscape lighting such as public facilities, public places, large buildings and various advertising lights, and suspend the display city light show with ultra-high energy consumption and excessive lighting.

6. residential users to save electricity. Advocate the majority of residents to set the air conditioning temperature reasonably, refer to the indoor air conditioning temperature of public buildings in summer not lower than 26 ℃, regularly clean the air conditioning filter screen to reduce the loss caused by blockage; Try to choose Class 1 energy-consuming household appliances, turn off the power when not using household appliances, and reduce standby power consumption; Try to use natural light, turn off the lights, and eliminate daytime lights and everbright lights; Give priority to public transportation, electric cars, battery cars as far as possible to use the night load trough peak charging. The current implementation of the resident peak and valley time-sharing electricity price policy in our province is, from 22 o'clock every day to 8 o'clock in the morning of the next day, the price of residential electricity will be reduced by 0.25 yuan per kilowatt-hour on the basis of the flat electricity price, and the rest of the time will be increased by 0.03 yuan per kilowatt-hour on the basis of the flat electricity price, encouraging residents to choose voluntarily.
