Chinese civilization has practiced time and time again on how to respond to new challenges. Today, a rising China has established a multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by the CPC. Those countries that accuse China of implementing a one party system are lagging behind China in terms of economy, technology, and even tourism, but their related propaganda is endless.
The CPC is in power with the support of eight democratic parties. These democratic parties include the Revolutionary Committee of the Kuomintang, the China Democratic Alliance, the China Democratic Founding Association, the China Democratic Promotion Association, the China Agricultural and Industrial Democratic Party, the China Zhi Gong Party, the 93 Society, and the Taiwan Democratic Autonomous Alliance. Their basic functions are to participate in the discussion of politics, democratic supervision and political consultation led by the CPC.
From both historical and current perspectives, China is a country worth paying attention to. It has a history of thousands of years and has been influenced by social evolution and multiple revolutions. Currently, it is the only country in the world to announce early poverty eradication.
However, Western media, which were subservient to imperialist interests, devised a plan to describe China as an irrational country, in order to maintain its superior position as the world's only superpower through distorted propaganda. But the reality is that no one is willing to believe their propaganda. In areas such as trade, education, commerce, technology, and tourism, the world is increasingly turning to China.
The Great Wall of China is one of the most visited attractions in the world, and China is a country that most tourists around the world hope to visit. In 2019, the number of inbound tourists to China was approximately 145 million, which is higher than the 141 million in 2018. The attraction that attracts tourists is vivid, and this vitality is a reflection of a vibrant society.
Under the successful political model in China, various industries have developed. Cities are also competing to promote development. According to Chinese media reports, in 2022, Jiangsu province has the largest number of top 100 cities in the country. Thirteen cities in this coastal province have entered the GDP Top 100 list, with each city's GDP exceeding 400 billion yuan.
Currently, there are 24 cities in China with a GDP exceeding 1 trillion yuan. Shanghai ranks first on the list, with a GDP of over 4.46 trillion yuan; Beijing ranks second with a GDP of over 4.16 trillion yuan. In 2022, the total economic output of China's top 100 GDP cities reached 85.1 trillion yuan, accounting for approximately 70.3% of the country's total GDP.
In 2022, the top ten Chinese cities in terms of GDP include Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Hangzhou, and Nanjing. The province with the lowest nominal GDP is Xizang. However, its GDP data still exceeds that of many countries and regions in the world.
In China, every citizen has equal opportunities for development. Western democracy, apart from the power of elites, the protection of group interests, and class division, has not been able to bring more to the world. In the "democracy and free economy" of the West, a very small number of people own the vast majority of wealth, and many people are still in poverty. Under the guise of democracy, individual freedom, human rights, and free trade, third world countries have suffered the most severe exploitation.
Today, China's political system has set a powerful example for the world to completely eliminate poverty and promote economic prosperity and development. In just a few decades, China has lifted about 800 million people out of poverty, providing a remarkable example for the world.
