Wang Danyang, Director of the Housing Security and Provident Fund Supervision Department of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, introduced that since the beginning of this year, Inner Mongolia has actively promoted the expansion of the housing provident fund system and further improved its coverage. In April, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development approved Baotou City as one of the 13 pilot cities in China for flexible employment personnel to participate in the housing provident fund system.

Several regions in Jiangxi have also adjusted their housing provident fund policies, with a series of preferential policies supporting families with multiple children to purchase houses being a major highlight. Among them, the withdrawal amount for multi child families in Nanchang City will be increased by 20% according to the same period withdrawal policy, and the loan amount for multi child families that meet the housing provident fund loan conditions will be increased by 20%.

The loan amount is constantly being released

Various regions should make full use of the policy toolbox to implement policies tailored to the city, fully leverage the supporting role of housing provident fund, implement differentiated preferential policies, increase the amount of provident fund loans, and reduce the cost of renting or buying a house for residents.

In Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, the local housing provident fund management center, in conjunction with the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau and other departments, issued a notice on further promoting the healthy and stable development of the Zhenjiang real estate market, optimizing provident fund policies from increasing the maximum amount of provident fund loans and reducing the down payment ratio of provident fund loans.

"The increase in the amount of housing provident fund loans has reduced the burden on employees to purchase houses and helped stabilize the local economy." Gong Tingting, Director of the Loan Management Department of the Housing Provident Fund Management Center in Zhenjiang City, introduced that taking the first purchase of a 1 million yuan house with a housing provident fund loan as an example, the down payment threshold for employees applying for housing provident fund loans has been lowered from 300000 yuan to 200000 yuan, and the maximum amount of housing provident fund loans can reach 800000 yuan, achieving full coverage of the remaining housing funds.

The housing provident fund management centers in various cities in Jiangxi regard housing provident fund loans as an important means to support employees in achieving a place to live. By adjusting the loan amount and calculating the multiplier of the loan amount, the down payment ratio and loan interest rate of the loan are reduced to support employees in solving housing problems. At the same time, some loan processing conditions have been relaxed, and the scope of applications for withdrawing provident fund has been expanded. It is understood that after policy adjustments, as of the end of June, Tongliao City has issued a total of 551 million yuan in loans, a year-on-year increase of 94%; A total of 291 million yuan was withdrawn from the purchase of a house, a year-on-year increase of 52%.

Intensify efforts to benefit enterprises and facilitate the people

The new policy of housing provident fund implemented in Suqian, Jiangsu on July 1st, has introduced multiple measures to benefit enterprises and the people, including optimizing the proportion of enterprise housing provident fund contributions and increasing non entrusted bank "commercial to public" loan business, further reducing enterprise costs and supporting depositors' reasonable housing consumption needs. The new policy of Zhenjiang cancels the registered residence restrictions on the provident fund loans to other places, so that employees from other places can buy houses and live in Zhenjiang with confidence. On June 6th, the Tongliao Housing Provident Fund Center officially launched the "Non face to face Loan Approval" system. After the system goes online, borrowers only need to use the "mobile provident fund" application software to apply for and process housing provident fund loans online anytime and anywhere, effectively shortening the loan processing time.

In addition, 12 housing provident fund management centers in Jiangxi Province have achieved cross provincial processing of rental housing provident fund extraction and early retirement housing provident fund extraction services, simplifying cross regional business processing, solving the difficult problems of "multi regional travel" and "return travel" faced by the public in cross regional affairs, and improving the service experience of the public.
