The reporter learned from the Chengdu Railway Bureau of China that at around 7:48 on July 4th, due to the continuous heavy rainfall in Wanzhou District, Chongqing, the railway department blocked the Wanzhou Station to Qiyue Mountain section of the Wanliang Railway for safety inspections. Railway workers found that some piers of the Sibuhe Railway Bridge between Yubeishan Station and Luotian Station on the Wanliang Railway were damaged by flood, causing partial collapse of the railway bridge.
