At 6:44 am on August 8th, the command center of the Dehong Prefecture Fire Rescue Detachment in Yunnan Province received a report from the public that a landslide occurred at the foot of Songyuan Village, Mengmu Village, Songshuzhai Village Committee, Mangshi Town, causing three people to be trapped. After receiving the alarm, the command center of the Dehong State Fire Rescue Brigade immediately dispatched 5 vehicles and 24 people from the Airport Avenue Special Service Station to handle the situation. The full-time command center of the detachment quickly responded and dispatched 2 vehicles and 8 people to the scene to command the rescue. The relevant departments of the state and city quickly rushed to the scene for rescue.
After full rescue efforts, at 8:46 am, a trapped person was successfully rescued with normal vital signs; At 9:30 and 10:28, firefighting and rescue personnel rescued the second and third trapped individuals respectively. After confirmation by on-site medical staff, there were no vital signs, and the related aftermath work is being carried out in an orderly manner.
