Recently, the provincial party committee and government have attached great importance to the concealment of the death of miners at Jingcheng Mining Company in Dai County, Xinzhou, as reported by the media. Commissioned by the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Lan Fo'an, from July 5th to 6th, Jin Xiangjun, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, went to Xinzhou City to supervise and promote the investigation and disposal of the death concealment incident of miners in Daixian Jingcheng Mining.Vice Governor Yang Qinrong attended.
At Daixian Mingli Mining Co., Ltd. and Fanzhi Xinyou Mining Co., Ltd., Jin Xiangjun gained a detailed understanding of the implementation of enterprise safety production responsibilities and digital transformation. He listened to the progress of major hidden dangers investigation and rectification of non coal mines and integration of mineral resources in the two counties, and demanded that the concept of "everything is zero without safety" be firmly established, the safety production responsibility system be strictly implemented, the essential safety level of non coal mines be improved, and major production safety accidents be resolutely prevented.
