The purchase contract provided by Ms. Ji shows that the predicted construction area of the house is 69.75 square meters, of which the interior construction area is 32.71 square meters, and the shared total construction area is 37.04 square meters. The real estate surveying and mapping agency of the commercial housing is Xi'an Real Estate Surveying Office Co., Ltd. The estimated construction area is 69.75 square meters, of which the internal construction area is 32.71 square meters, and the shared construction area is 37.04 square meters.
"I asked the salesperson at the time, and he said that the shared area was clearly stated in the purchase contract."
