According to the Zhejiang Provincial Government website "Zhejiang Province People Call Me the Unified Platform" on August 14th, in response to complaints from netizens about "Taizhou Hospital admitting to illegal collection of red envelopes and Taizhou Health Commission not taking action", the Taizhou Municipal Health Commission in Zhejiang Province replied that it will actively participate in coordination.
On August 3rd, this netizen left a message on the "Zhejiang Province People Call Me the Unified Platform" stating that Taizhou Hospital illegally collected 15000 yuan in private cash from patients, commonly known as "red envelopes". Taizhou Hospital also admitted to charging the fee, but they did not mention any obvious violations of discipline. After receiving my complaint, the Taizhou Health Commission repeatedly urged me to intervene and handle it without taking action. It has been more than ten days since I filed a complaint, and no leader has called me to inquire about the situation or provide feedback on the handling process. The Taizhou Health Commission requires the so-called territorial management to be carried out by the Linhai Health Bureau, but when I called, the Linhai Health Bureau informed me that Taizhou Hospital is at the level of Zhejiang Province, and Taizhou is only managed by the Provincial Health Commission. So I want to know who can manage them or let them continue to go unpunished.
On August 14th, the Health Commission of Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province replied that our staff had contacted netizens by phone, provided detailed explanations, and actively handled relevant matters. Next, our committee will actively participate in coordination.
