The relevant person in charge of the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security introduced that in the near future, we will focus on promoting the classification of employment policies, launch a rolling promotion of "employment policies around us", publish policy lists by group classification, and carry out policy promotion and interpretation of "understandable, clear, and clear" items, explaining policy content, enjoyment conditions, handling processes, application channels, and other elements.
Notify the deployment of inventory checks on the progress of employment policy implementation, and carry out a major investigation of the progress of employment policy implementation since 2021, as well as a review of problem rectification. "The focus is on whether there are issues such as delayed acceptance of applications, delayed review after acceptance, and delayed disbursement after review. Priority will be given to ensuring the various subsidy policies determined by the central government and implementing the bottom line policy for those in need. Issues such as policy failure and slow subsidy implementation will be rectified within a limited period of time," said the person in charge.
In terms of policy implementation, the notice requires all regions to vigorously promote the "direct subsidy and fast processing" model, include employment internship subsidies and one-time entrepreneurship subsidies, conduct monthly data comparison, actively push policy content to eligible enterprises or individuals, and accelerate the review and distribution.
This deployment highlights the support for private enterprises and small and micro enterprises, and requires the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security to conduct centralized lectures in enterprises, including key private enterprises, specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises in the scope of employment security for key enterprises, and packaging and implementing policies; Through one-time notification, one-stop acceptance, and package redemption, we aim to help enterprises better enjoy policy dividends.
The notice also clearly states that we will continue to rectify corruption and work style issues around the people, incorporate inadequate policy implementation into the scope of supervision and reporting, and resolutely prevent collusion, illegal operations, favoritism towards family and friends, and dereliction of duty.
