Notarization and lottery will no longer be implemented for properties over 144 square meters! Chengdu releases the latest notice
In order to improve the sales efficiency of enterprise commercial housing and better meet the rigid and improved housing needs of residents, the Chengdu Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau and the Chengdu Judicial Bureau have issued a supplementary notice on optimizing and improving the relevant provisions of notarization and lottery for commercial housing.
Expand the sales scope organized by development enterprises themselves
If one of the following situations is met, the notarization lottery may no longer be implemented:
Housing with a building area of 144 square meters or more;
Projects that have obtained opinions on current sales registration.
Optimize the criteria for identifying households without housing
If there is at least one registered homebuyer in the purchasing family who meets the housing purchase restriction policy in our city, and the purchasing family does not have their own property rights in our city, it is recognized as a homeless resident family.
This notice shall come into effect on August 29, 2023.
