According to Reuters and Agence France Presse, Korean Airlines Flight JS151 took off from the North Korean capital Pyongyang on the 22nd and arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport.
After North Korea closed its borders in 2020, flights between China and North Korea have been frozen for over three years. On the 21st, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that China has approved the scheduled flight plans for passenger routes such as Pyongyang Beijing Pyongyang of North Korea's Goryeo Airlines in accordance with the procedures applied by airlines.
A diplomat told Reuters that Air Korea also arranged a flight from Pyongyang to Vladivostok, Russia on the 25th, marking the first time Air Korea has had a flight to Russia since the outbreak.
