North Korea: The US, Japan, and South Korea's Camp David Agreement is a "nuclear war provocation" hot nuclear | Camp David | North Korea
According to Reuters, North Korea condemned the annual military exercises held by the United States and South Korea on August 22, warning that the recent trilateral Camp David agreement between the United States, Japan, and South Korea would trigger a "thermonuclear war.".
According to reports, South Korea and the United States began holding the "Shield of Freedom" military exercise on August 21, aimed at strengthening the joint response of the two countries to North Korea's nuclear and missile threats. Pyongyang has long condemned this exercise as a rehearsal for war.
In a commentary article broadcasted by North Korean Central News Agency, North Korea stated that the summit held by the United States, South Korea, and Japan at Camp David aimed to create a "nuclear war provocation.". The comment said, "If the agreement fabricated by Camp David is put into action during war exercises... the possibility of a thermonuclear war breaking out on the Korean Peninsula will become more realistic."
According to a report by Yonhap News Agency, in a commentary article titled "The Armed Forces of the Republic Will Never show mercy" on the 22nd, the Korean Central News Agency stated that a nuclear war is gradually approaching the Korean Peninsula, and "war criminals" who participated in the Korean War under the United Nations military flag are also participating, further highlighting their aggressive nature.
The report stated that the ink on the agreement documents signed by the leaders of the United States, Japan, and the "puppet regime" near Camp David in Washington D.C. had not dried up, and military exercises to implement the agreement began. Once this "war rehearsal" executes the latest agreement reached at Camp David, the thermonuclear war will get closer to the peninsula. This is the first time North Korea has mentioned the Camp David summit between South Korea, the United States, and Japan.
The report indicates that various signs indicate that the danger of this joint military exercise, which mobilizes all war resources, cannot be concealed by so-called "annual routine" or "defensive exercises" and other word games. This war rehearsal is undoubtedly aimed at North Korea. The armed forces of the Republic are waiting for the moment of targeting and firing to severely punish hostile forces that threaten North Korea's sovereignty and people's right to survival.
