She was the first female doctoral student trained by Tsinghua University and also the first female doctoral student in the Chinese engineering industry. He has successively served as the deputy director of the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University, the deputy director and director of the State Key Laboratory of Power System, the deputy director of the Tsinghua Hong Kong University Shenzhen Power System Research Institute, the senior member of the International Society of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the senior member of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering, and the member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers; He also served as the Vice Chairman of the All China Youth Federation.
