It is understood that the implementation guidelines released this time include various contents such as environment, facilities and equipment, operation management, services, etc. Compared with the National Standards Implementation Guidelines released in 2020, the implementation guidelines released this time remain consistent in terms of framework and format as a whole, while also making adjustments to relax the basic conditions for rural special needs personnel support service institutions, which has stronger coordination, applicability, and operability.
The reporter learned that in the next step, the Ministry of Civil Affairs will guide various regions to use the implementation guidelines released this time as evaluation tools to organize the evaluation of the level of elderly care institutions, and better promote the implementation and effectiveness of national standards. The Implementation Guidelines for National Standards shall be abolished immediately.
