From the perspective of newly-built commodity housing, in July, the sales prices of newly-built commodity housing in first tier cities remained unchanged for two consecutive months, with Beijing and Shanghai rising by 0.4% and 0.2% respectively, while Guangzhou and Shenzhen decreased by 0.2% and 0.6% respectively; The sales price of newly-built commercial residential properties in second tier cities decreased by 0.2% compared to the previous month, which remained unchanged; The sales price of newly-built commercial residential properties in third tier cities decreased by 0.3% month on month, with a 0.2 percentage point increase compared to the previous month. From the perspective of second-hand housing, in July, the sales price of second-hand housing in first tier cities decreased by 0.8% month on month, with a 0.1 percentage point increase compared to the previous month; The sales price of second-hand housing in second tier cities decreased by 0.5% month on month, with a 0.1 percentage point increase compared to the previous month; The sales price of second-hand housing in third tier cities decreased by 0.4% month on month, the same as last month.

In July, the sales prices of newly-built commercial residential properties in first - and second tier cities increased by 1.0% and 0.2% year-on-year, respectively, with a decrease of 0.3 percentage points compared to the previous month; The sales price of newly-built commercial residential properties in third tier cities decreased by 1.5% year-on-year, with a 0.1 percentage point increase compared to the previous month. In July, the sales prices of second-hand residential properties in first -, second -, and third tier cities decreased by 1.4%, 2.7%, and 3.5% year-on-year, respectively, with a decrease of 1.0, 0.3, and 0.1 percentage points larger than the previous month.
In July, among 70 large and medium-sized cities, there were 26 and 5 cities with year-on-year increases in the sales prices of newly-built and second-hand residential properties, respectively, a decrease of 1 compared to the previous month.
