The man died while delivering bricks to the construction site, and his body went missing for 4 days
According to Mr. Liu's introduction, on the afternoon of the 4th, Mr. Zhao, the brother-in-law, received a call from an intermediary to deliver bricks for the construction of the fence at the "Tianbao No.3" project site of Xi'an Tianbao International Engineering Co., Ltd. That night, Mr. Liu and his brother-in-law drove a large truck equipped with a small forklift to Jingyang County, Xianyang to pull bricks and then deliver them to the construction site.
After the brick truck entered the construction site and parked, an accident occurred while unloading the truck. Mr. Liu said that he heard a noise while unloading the forklift and immediately ran over to find his brother-in-law being crushed by the forklift. Mr. Liu urgently called for help from the surrounding area, and then several enthusiastic citizens came to help with the rescue. Someone called the police and dialed 120. Mr. Liu said that when 120 arrived at the scene, his brother-in-law had already lost his heartbeat and breathing.
Subsequently, Mr. Liu notified his sister Ms. Liu and other family members from his hometown in southern Shaanxi, and rushed to the scene overnight to see his brother-in-law for the last time, helping to handle this matter.
At around 4am on the 5th, a sudden situation occurred again. Mr. Liu claimed that more than 20 people arrived at the time and snatched away his brother-in-law's body. The car carrying the body was a black van.
Mr. Liu told reporters that during communication with the construction and contracting parties, the family members repeatedly inquired about the whereabouts of their brother-in-law's body, but the other party stated that they were unaware. Until the 9th, the family learned from the local police that Mr. Zhao's body was stored in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
At the scene of the incident
The construction party claims that all parties are responsible and waiting for the police to investigate
Ms. Liu recalled that on the evening of the 4th, her husband told her before leaving that he would wait for him to deliver the bricks and go home for dinner. Before her husband left, he said he wanted to eat meat, so she stewed a pot of meat and waited for him to come home. The meal was ready, but she waited for her brother's call, and her husband was gone.
Ms. Liu said that she and her husband have been working in Xi'an for many years, while her parents and two children who attend school are in their hometown. The couple supports the family's expenses. My husband is only in his thirties this year, and I didn't expect his body to go missing after the accident. Six days after the incident, the construction party and the construction party have not provided a proper solution.
