During the project release period, a total of 1 customer placed an order for booking, but the order was later cancelled without actual check-in. The parties involved have launched the above-mentioned false accommodation service project in order to attract traffic on the internet, thereby increasing the public attention of the hotel and increasing customer sources.
According to Article 20 (1) and Article 25 of the Anti Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as Article 32 (2) of the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, it is decided to order the parties to stop their illegal activities and impose a fine of RMB 100000.

After being reported by multiple media outlets and self media on the internet, it quickly became a hot search topic, and many netizens followed and commented, causing a certain negative impact. The parties involved were unable to provide the service of "sleeping on the sofa in the lobby" and removed it on their own at 23:00 on the same day. The parties involved launched the project, but in reality, they were unable to provide services in order to attract traffic online. The above-mentioned behavior of the parties involved constitutes false and misleading commercial promotion of hotel service projects, and is suspected of violating provisions such as the Anti Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China and the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
