Wang Jingbo, female, born in August 1970 in Benxi, Liaoning, holds a Doctor of Law degree and doctoral supervisor. She previously taught at China University of Political Science and Law and became a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University of International Business and Economics in September 2020.
