According to the public resume, Shi Xiaolin, female, Han ethnicity, was born in May 1969 with a Master's degree in Business Administration. Shi Xiaolin is currently an alternate member of the 20th Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee, and also serves as the First Secretary of the Chengdu Garrison District Party Committee.
Not long ago, Hainan Province also welcomed a new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. On June 15, the "Hainan Daily" WeChat official account released news that recently, the CPC Central Committee approved Shen Danyang as the deputy secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee. According to the public resume, Shen Danyang, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1965, is an in-service graduate student and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a candidate member of the 20th Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Government Party Group, and Deputy Governor.
Yesterday, two deputy secretaries of the provincial party committee also came to Beijing to take office.
According to the WeChat official account of the "Supreme People's Court", on July 4, the Supreme People's Court held a seminar on the exchange of research results of court leaders and collective learning of the theoretical learning center group of the Party Leadership Group. On the same day, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced that the State Council will appoint and dismiss national staff members. Among them, Wang Zhijun was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the State Council.
According to the public resume, Wang Zhijun, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1965 and started working in August 1987. He holds a master's degree in economics and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Wang Zhijun has been serving as the Deputy Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee since April last year. He is currently a member of the 20th Central Committee and Deputy Secretary General of the State Council.
There are already five female deputy secretaries of provincial-level party committees nationwide
Article 8 of the Regulations on the Work of Local Committees of the CPC clearly states that the local committees of the Party shall have one secretary and two deputy secretaries. If the number of deputy secretaries needs to be appropriately increased in individual national autonomous areas, it shall be decided by the Central Committee of the Party or approved by the provincial party committees according to the spirit of the Central Committee.
According to the "Shangguan River", at present, except Xinjiang and Xizang, the other 29 provincial Party committees have one secretary and two deputy secretaries. Among the two deputy secretaries of the provincial party committee, one also serves as the head of the provincial government, while the other is a full-time deputy secretary.
As of now, there are five female deputy secretaries of provincial party committees in China.
Among the provincial governments, the current female leaders include Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor, and Wang Lixia, Deputy Secretary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and Chairman of the Autonomous Region.
In addition, the current female deputy secretaries of provincial party committees include Cheng Lihua, deputy secretary of Anhui Provincial Party Committee, and Wu Zhongqiong, deputy secretary of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee.
According to the open resume, Cheng Lihua, female, Han nationality, was born in April 1965 in Gushi, Henan Province. She joined the CPC in September 1987 and started working in July 1984. She graduated from the Accounting Department of Liaoning University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in industrial accounting, an in-service graduate class of the Central Party School with a professional degree in world economy, and a graduate degree of the Central Party School. Cheng Lihua has served as the Deputy Governor of Qinghai Province, a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Education Working Committee, and Deputy Minister of Finance. Starting from April 2021, appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee.
Wu Zhongqiong, female, Han nationality, was born in September 1964 in Wuhan, Hubei Province. She started working in August 1988 and joined the CPC in December 1987. She has a master's degree in engineering and is a senior engineer. Wu Zhongqiong has served as the Chief Engineer of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province, Mayor of Anshan City, Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Liaoning Province, Member and Deputy Governor of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, Member and Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, and Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee. He has been serving as the Deputy Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee since November 2021.
