Multiple measures taken by the education system to continuously provide employment guidance services for unemployed graduates
Beijing, July 7th (Xinhua) - It is currently the graduation season. On the 7th, it was learned from the Ministry of Education that for a period of time, the education system has been continuously providing online employment services, striving to achieve continuous job promotion, employment guidance, and key assistance. Through multiple measures, it has helped graduates who have not yet been employed to quickly find employment positions.
Promoting employment, stabilizing employment, and expanding job opportunities are prerequisites. The education system actively expands employment channels for college graduates, continuously conducts targeted visits to enterprises and job opportunities, continuously promotes high-quality positions, and provides more employment opportunities for graduates.
It is reported that recently, the national college student employment service platform is holding recruitment activities such as the "2023 session of college graduates leaving school without employment special session", which will push high-quality job resources to graduates in need, and provide 24-hour, 365 day non-stop "Internet plus employment" service to help college graduates find jobs.
Around the key and difficult issues in job seeking and employment for graduates, various regions and universities focus on providing targeted and personalized employment guidance services. For example, Tianjin University organizes activities such as the "Lixing Plan" grassroots unit on-the-job training program to help students understand the industry and find employment as soon as possible. During the summer vacation, Guangxi Normal University continues to provide one-on-one career and employment consulting services, covering interview guidance, employment confusion resolution, and onboarding awareness.
In addition, the education department will also work with the human resources and social security department to ensure the continuity of services for college graduates before and after leaving school, passing on the baton of employment services, and ensuring that employment guidance for graduates before and after leaving school does not stop and services do not close.
At the same time, the education system continues to pay attention to key groups such as poverty-stricken families, low-income families, zero employment families, and disabled college graduates, helping students analyze and diagnose problems in job seeking, improve personal resumes, reasonably choose employment goals, enhance job seeking skills, and take multiple measures to escort the path of job seeking for key groups of graduates.
It is reported that in the future, the education system will continue to provide warm and continuous employment services for unemployed college graduates, helping them graduate smoothly and find employment as soon as possible.
