In order to do a good job in the employment of college graduates, Chongqing has formulated and introduced special policies this year, focusing on ten aspects: stabilizing and expanding job opportunities in the public sector, recruiting for the "career oriented future" series, supporting entrepreneurship services, and tackling employment services.

Since the beginning of this year, Chongqing has raised more than 80000 policy positions for college graduates, held 13000 recruitment activities, and released 640000 job opportunities for college graduates; The education department and various universities also visited more than 9300 enterprises and expanded 196000 positions.
Currently, the graduation season has passed, and there are still some college graduates in Chongqing who have not yet achieved employment. The Chongqing Department of Human Resources and Social Security promptly collects information on all unemployed college graduates who have left the school, provides targeted employment services, and ensures that they leave the school continuously and provide continuous services.
"At present, we are organizing public employment service agencies and human resource service agencies at all levels to actively expand market-oriented positions and widely collect recruitment information from employers. The relevant person in charge of the Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that the next step is for the human resources department to raise 30000 policy positions for college graduates, while also raising more than 400000 market-oriented positions.".
Recently, a special job fair for college graduates who have left school but have not yet found employment was held, bringing in more than 2000 positions from 90 Sichuan Chongqing public institutions, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises, covering multiple majors such as finance, computer science, information technology, and accounting. According to statistics, more than 1500 unemployed college graduates who left the school came to the job fair on that day, and more than 1100 people reached employment intentions with employers.
In addition to continuously expanding positions and organizing job fairs, various regions in Chongqing are actively strengthening employment internships, and will recruit no less than 70000 youth internship positions throughout the year. "In response to the practical situation of college graduates lacking experience and skills, we fully utilize policies such as internship subsidies to continuously promote the development of internship positions in key enterprises, help graduates improve their employability during the internship period, and achieve 'first internship, then employment'," said Liu Qian, Deputy Director of the Employment and Talent Center in Yubei District.
Driven by data, Chongqing has also established archives and ledgers for college graduates who have left school but have not yet found employment, accurately delivering employment services.
"We will gather and classify the data of unemployed college graduates who have left school, and distribute it to grassroots human resources and social security departments. Then, staff will contact each unemployed graduate one by one, providing at least one policy promotion, one career guidance, and three job recommendations to help them achieve employment as soon as possible." said Shi Yi, director of Chongqing Labor Employment Training Center. From data distribution to contacting graduates, and then to following up on employment services, a data-driven closed-loop workflow is formed, aiming to provide precise employment services for college graduates through digital means, so that graduates can find employment early and have a good job.
