CCTV News: Due to the impact of this round of rainy weather, there are 91 stations in Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province with a total rainfall of 100-200 millimeters, and 17 townships have been affected to varying degrees. At present, the water level of the Ant River continues to decline. Except for some low-lying areas in the main urban area and some villages with lower terrain that still experience waterlogging, most areas of the city have receded and production and living have gradually resumed.
In Shangzhi Town, Shangzhi City, the local party members, cadres and the masses were organized to forcibly drain the waterlogged water in some low-lying areas, and comprehensively disinfection and sterilization the houses and surrounding environment in the water passing community.
This time, 83 bridges were destroyed and 202 roads were cut off due to the flood disaster, and power and water supply were interrupted in some affected areas. In Shitouhezi Town, Shangzhi City, there have been multiple water damage and road interruptions on the roadbed of rural roads. The local transportation department is currently repairing the damaged sections.
