Public information shows that Zhongzhan Group was established in 2015, with its registered address in Chaoyang District, Beijing and its actual operating location in Kaifu District, Changsha. Its wholly-owned subsidiaries established in Hunan include Hunan Marilai Jewelry Group Co., Ltd. and Changsha Taxus Asset Management Co., Ltd.

I saw my mother feeling unhappy all day and crying secretly in her room at night, only to find out that all the hard-earned money she had accumulated in her life was invested in the Zhongzhan Mining debt project, totaling 1.05 million yuan. One of the 200000 yuan debt was due in March this year and should have been repaid, but Zhongzhan not only failed to repay the principal on time, but also issued a notice to stop all payments of principal and interest. This means that not only the 200000 yuan due cannot be redeemed, but the remaining 850000 yuan cannot be redeemed," the citizen said.
The salesperson claimed that they were also victims
Zhang Qian is a salesperson from China War Group and claims to be a victim of the case. According to her understanding, there are tens of thousands of participants in the illegal fundraising of the China War Group, with investment ranging from as little as 10000 yuan to over a million yuan.
She introduced that in October last year, she had invested more than 80000 yuan in Zhongzhan Group. "There is one due on October 3rd this year, with an amount of 32484 yuan, and another due on September 10th this year, with an amount of 10199 yuan. There is also a flexible product, with rebates every three months."
In fact, the explosion of Zhongzhan Group can be traced back to April this year. Investors, including Zhang Qian, found that according to the agreement, the "products" they purchased did not receive timely rebates as of April. Zhang Qian mentioned that the product interest rates of China War did not exceed the national regulations, with an annualized interest rate of about 10%
Upstream News reporters noticed that on July 30th, Liu Mouan, Chairman of Zhongzhan Group, issued a "Small Payment Rules" in the name of Zhongzhan Huaxin Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Marilai Jewelry Group Co., Ltd., which showed that the scope of this payment was orders that had already expired before July 31, 2023 and had a principal of less than 20000 yuan.
