In the online and offline research conducted by the Municipal Government Office at the beginning of the year, many enterprises and people reported that some policies were scattered across multiple departments, and some policies involved multiple levels such as the country, city, district, and street town, making it difficult to fully understand the policies. To this end, the General Office of the Municipal Government has coordinated with various districts and relevant departments to carry out policy integrated release pilot projects, focusing on policy areas with high social attention, large volume, and cross departmental and cross hierarchical levels. From the perspective of promoting clear and efficient understanding of "one matter" and "one type of matter" by enterprises and the public, digital means are used to promote the collection of cross departmental and cross hierarchical policies.
