Recently, Dong Hongmei, a first level inspector of the Village and Town Construction Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, introduced the effectiveness of traditional village protection work. Among the 8155 traditional Chinese villages, 100% of the villagers have achieved housing security, 96% of the villages have achieved centralized collection and treatment of household waste, 61% of the farmers can use hot water showers in their daily lives, 58% of the farmers use water to flush toilets, and 39% of the farmers use gas. The improvement of living conditions and the modernization of convenient living facilities have revitalized traditional villages by allowing indigenous people to stay in the village, Xianhui Village in Xinxiang, and the influx of new villagers.
