Beijing, June 16th (Xinhua) - The Ministry of Education has organized the "2023 Policy Promotion Month for Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates", focusing on promoting the deployment requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to promote employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates. Authoritative interpretation of policies and measures in various regions to promote grassroots employment, independent entrepreneurship, enlistment, and rights protection for college graduates, as well as encouraging enterprises to absorb employment policies for graduates.
It is reported that the policy promotion event will take place from June to July, covering three dimensions: national, provincial, and municipal. It involves employment and entrepreneurship policies for college graduates from 31 provinces, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and more than 100 prefecture level units. As of now, a total of 1866 policies at all levels in various regions have been collected.
Shanghai provides a subsidy of 2000 yuan per person to employers who recruit 2023 graduates from local universities for employment. Anhui can provide up to 3 million yuan in small guaranteed loans and 50% of financial subsidies to labor-intensive small enterprises that attract a certain number of college graduates for employment. For college graduates who have participated in the "Western Plan" service for more than two years and passed the assessment in Shanxi, the total score of the initial examination for master's degree students within three years can be increased by 10 points, and they will be given priority admission under the same conditions. Volunteers in Henan Province will receive a maximum monthly living allowance of 2700 yuan per person for the rural revitalization plan.
Beijing provides certain encouragement to flexible employment college graduates, and each person can receive a monthly subsidy of 1168.86 yuan. Zhejiang provides flexible employment college graduates with a maximum subsidy of three years.
In terms of supporting independent entrepreneurship, Guangdong can offer a maximum reward of 500000 yuan to college graduates for entrepreneurship by holding the "Crowd Maker Cup" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition. The maximum loan amount for small and micro enterprises founded by college graduates in Heilongjiang has been increased to 3 million yuan.
In terms of employment services, Hubei has cancelled the procedures for transferring the files of college graduates, and the conversion and grading forms, adjustment and reassignment procedures are no longer necessary materials for receiving and reviewing the files. Ningxia has cancelled the signing of employment agreements for college graduates before leaving school and the registration process at public employment talent service institutions after leaving school. Inner Mongolia has launched a series of activities to provide employment services for graduates, including public employment services on campus, online recruitment with millions of employees per 100 days, and the Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Department on campus. Shaanxi has launched the "Qinyun Employment" service platform, which enables college graduates to apply for and handle employment and entrepreneurship related procedures online, allowing them to enjoy convenient public employment services without leaving their homes.
In addition, in order to improve the employability of graduates, Liaoning organizes training for college graduates and provides training subsidies of 1500 to 2000 yuan per person per month. Fujian provides a maximum of 3000 yuan per person for employment skills training subsidies to college graduates who have obtained national vocational qualification certificates.
