CCTV News: The Ministry of Education has recently launched the application process for the third phase of the employment and education project guide for supply and demand docking. This project is built by the Ministry of Education and solicits project guidelines from various enterprises, institutions, and industry associations. It organizes supply and demand coordination between universities and employers who issue project guidelines, promoting more comprehensive and high-quality employment for college graduates.
The employment and education projects for supply and demand docking are divided into five categories: targeted talent training, construction of employment practice internship bases, improvement of human resources, cooperation between schools and enterprises in key fields, and employment assistance for key groups.

Among them, targeted talent cultivation and training programs are jointly developed by employers and universities to implement long-term systematic targeted training or short-term employment ability training, providing urgently needed and scarce talents for employers.
The construction project of employment practice internship base is jointly built by universities and employers, providing internship positions for college graduates and helping them achieve employment through internships.

The employment assistance project for key groups is provided by employers to help college graduates from poverty-stricken families, low-income families, zero employment families, and disabled families with employment training, internship practice, paired assistance, and special recruitment, helping key group graduates achieve early employment.
The supply and demand docking employment and education project was launched in August 2021. Over the past two years, more than 1000 employers have cooperated with more than 1800 universities, achieving more than 20000 project approvals. Employers who plan to participate in the third phase of the project can apply for project requirements through the Ministry of Education's supply and demand docking employment and education project platform. The deadline for application is September 15, 2023.
