Tang Renjian jointly studied and judged the disaster situation with grass-roots cadres, grain farmers, wheat experts, and agricultural machinery, and studied and promoted the implementation of key measures for disaster relief and damage reduction. Tang Renjian stressed: it is necessary to further strengthen the guarantee of disaster reduction services, actively coordinate agricultural insurance institutions to optimize the process of investigating and determining losses, settle claims for disaster losses as soon as possible, and reduce farmers' losses as far as possible. It is necessary to meticulously organize and carry out the collection and storage of new wheat, guide and support all kinds of collectors to actively enter the market and purchase, reduce the risk of unsalable and difficult to sell, and protect farmers' enthusiasm for growing grain.
