Specifically, the invalid party requests invalidation of their patent and initiates invalidation proceedings. The invalid party shall make a defense, which is achieved through representatives of both parties presenting arguments in court.
It is reported that the name of the patent is "A lock screen method and mobile terminal", and the patent abstract shows that an embodiment of the present invention discloses a lock screen method.

The patent dispute between Xiaomi and Huawei has been ongoing for a long time. According to the Announcement on Acceptance of Administrative Adjudication of Major Patent Infringement Disputes published by China Intellectual Property News on February 24, Huawei has formally filed an administrative adjudication of patent infringement disputes against Xiaomi, and the case has been accepted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
The announcement shows that on January 17, 2023, the China National Intellectual Property Administration accepted the case of the respondent Xiaomi's infringement of four Chinese patents filed by Huawei, the petitioner. The four patents are:
