According to public information, Ma Lihuai, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1968 in Baoji, Shaanxi, has served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Ethnic and Religious Work Bureau of the Central United Front Work Department, as well as the Director of the Comprehensive Coordination Bureau of the Central United Front Work Department.
