According to the official WeChat official account of the Zhejiang Disabled Persons' Federation, the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation held a party group meeting on July 13, and Lv Lin, the secretary of the party group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
Previously, Lv Lin was the Vice Chairman and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation. In early July, the Organization Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee issued a pre appointment notice for provincial management cadres, in which Lv Lin was proposed to serve as the head of the provincial unit.
According to the public resume, Lv Lin was born in April 1969 in Wenling, Zhejiang. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Master's degree in Education while working. He was a famous table tennis player who won the men's doubles table tennis championship at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, as well as the men's doubles championship at the 42nd and 43rd World Table Tennis Championships. After retiring, Lv Lin served as the coach of the Chinese men's table tennis team and the head coach of the women's table tennis second team. Famous female table tennis players such as Li Xiaoxia, Guo Yue, Ding Ning, and Liu Shiwen were all disciples of Lv Lin.
In 2006, Zhejiang Sports Vocational and Technical College was established, and Lv Lin successively served as the director and vice president of the three departments of competitive sports at the college. In 2011, he was promoted to the position of deputy director of the Provincial Sports Bureau. In November 2021, he was transferred to the position of deputy secretary and vice chairman of the Party Group of the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation.

Zhou Suhong was born in April 1979 in Yancheng, Jiangsu, and is currently a graduate student. She has served as the captain of the national women's volleyball team and won the 2003 Women's Volleyball World Cup and the 2004 Athens Olympics. After retiring in 2011, Zhou Suhong worked at Zhejiang Sports Vocational and Technical College. In December 2016, Zhou Suhong was elected as the first temporary and part-time deputy secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Youth League Committee. In May 2019, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee issued a pre appointment notice for leading cadres, stating that Zhou Suhong, who was then the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Provincial Party Committee and a member of the Party Group, and the Director of the Big Ball Department of Zhejiang Sports Vocational and Technical College, was proposed to serve as the Deputy Director of a provincial-level unit. After the public notice period, Zhou Suhong was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Provincial Committee, and was promoted to the position of Secretary of the Youth League Provincial Committee at the end of May this year.
Zhan Xugang, born in May 1974, is from Kaihua, Zhejiang. He joined the national men's weightlifting team in 1994 and won the gold medal in the men's 70kg weightlifting event at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, breaking three world records. After the International Weightlifting Federation implemented a new male weightlifting level in 1998, Zhan Xugang was upgraded to the 77 kg level. In the final of the event at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Zhan Xugang achieved his personal best result of 207.5kg in the clean and jerk while finishing fourth in the snatch with a weight of 160kg. He eventually won the championship due to his lighter weight, becoming the first Chinese man to win the Olympic championship in weightlifting.
After retiring in 2004, Zhan Xugang successively served as the deputy captain of the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Training Second Brigade, the director and deputy dean of the Seventh Department of Competitive Sports at Zhejiang Sports Vocational and Technical College, a standing committee member and deputy county mayor of Sanmen County Committee in Taizhou, and the dean of Zhejiang Sports Vocational and Technical College. In April last year, he was appointed as the deputy director of the Provincial Sports Bureau.
