In addition to the Wenyuan Pavilion, Wenyuan Pavilion, Wenjin Pavilion, and Wensu Pavilion, there were also three other libraries: Wenhui Pavilion, Wenzong Pavilion, and Wenlan Pavilion. Today, we will walk into the Library and take you to learn about the Complete Library of the Four Treasuries and the culture of book collection.
The Complete Library of Four Branches is the largest comprehensive series of books in ancient China, compiled during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It is divided into four parts: classics, history, zi, and collection, hence the name "Four Branches". It contains about 3500 types of books and nearly 80000 volumes, covering various fields such as literature, history, philosophy, science, engineering, agriculture, and medicine.

The Complete Library of Four Branches has been transcribed in seven versions throughout history, each stored in seven libraries across the country, with the saying "four in the north and three in the south". The "North Four Pavilions" are the Wenyuan Pavilion in the Forbidden City of Beijing, Wensu Pavilion in Shenyang, Liaoning, Wenyuan Pavilion in Yuanmingyuan, Beijing, and Wenjin Pavilion in Chengde, Hebei. The remaining three parts are collected in Wenhui Pavilion in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, Wenzong Pavilion in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, and Wenlan Pavilion in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, which are known as the "South Three Pavilions". The seven libraries, although varying in size and refinement, have a rich architectural style. The seven characters of the Seven Pavilions actually all have "water". Although the "Zong" character of the Wenzong Pavilion in Zhenjiang does not have "three points of water", it comes from the allusion "all rivers and dynasties return to the sea" and also has the meaning of "water".
