I am visiting France with the aim of implementing the important consensus between the two heads of state and conducting in-depth discussions with the French side on strengthening Sino French cooperation.
Li Qiang pointed out that China, France, and China Europe each have their own advantages and need to further strengthen cooperation. While deepening cooperation in traditional fields such as nuclear energy and aerospace, we should also tap into the potential for cooperation in emerging fields such as environmental protection, digital economy, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Li Qiang stated that China and France are both permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and responsible major powers, sharing a common strategic and overall perspective. China is willing to continue to strengthen communication and coordination with France in international affairs, support each other's beneficial initiatives, jointly address global challenges, and promote world peace and stability.
Macron welcomes Li Qiang's visit to France and attendance at the New Global Financing Contract Summit, stating that France attaches great importance to Franco China relations, adheres to the One China policy, and is willing to strengthen coordination with China through the Franco China strategic dialogue, high-level economic and financial dialogue, and high-level cultural exchange mechanisms, deepening cooperation in aviation, aerospace, nuclear energy, agriculture, and other fields. Welcome Chinese companies to invest in France and expand cooperation in emerging fields such as green environmental protection and new energy.
