"Establishing a village operation and management company, incorporating village collective assets, mountain resources, etc., recruiting partners for operation, and allowing villagers to share the fruits of industrial development," said Xu Yuanming. Since last year, the village collective has paid nearly 4 million yuan in various labor wages to villagers, and this year the village collective economic income will exceed 1 million yuan.
