As a research and experience center, the mission of the Digital and Mobile Governance Laboratory is to study the opportunities and challenges that government governance will face in the digital and mobile era. Zheng Lei believes that placing "pickled and fresh" in the context of government governance innovation brings inspiration that the digital transformation of urban governance is not only the responsibility of the government, but also a symphony, not a solo. If we compare the government to "salted meat", we also need "fresh meat", which is the new ideas of young people, startups, innovation teams, including new ideas from citizens... To put them together across borders, we need to coordinate multiple parties in the process, forming a pattern of co construction, co governance, and sharing.

Entering the Xuhui District Administrative Service Center, in the spacious and comfortable first floor lobby, the "zero difference" comprehensive business windows are neatly arranged, achieving the goal of "running through one window and doing everything".
